About Me

A little about me…

If we allow it, life is ever pointing us toward unexpected possibilities. For me, that’s included global traveling, professional speaking, authoring several technical books, and facilitating/teaching children and adults. After 30 years focused on that, it was time to allow what I had always loved, but never had time for, draw me into a new set of experiences and adventures. Photography, painting, drawing, weaving, farming, and writing poetry and stories were always patiently waiting just below the surface.
I love experimenting with the possible through playful renditions using a variety of mediums, including soft pastels and charcoal. I draw on simple experiences where my feet touch the ground – my cow from whose milk I make cheese, chickens playing in their yard, a lake where I kayak with family, nearby hills where I can ride horseback, vegetables growing in the garden….  I hope to tell just a small part of their rich, life stories.
Currently I reside in Arizona with my family, and a myriad of creatures, both wild and domestic.
